Fashion Design classes for home dressmakers who would like to design their own clothes rather than using bought patterns. Essentially you would be learning how to draft patterns to fit your own personal measurements, so you could make garments from your own design, starting with basics and getting more complex as you progress. I'm City and Guilds qualified and I used to design wedding dresses and ‘posh frocks’ for special occasions in England. Here is a photo of my daughter's wedding dress which I made last year. Art Classes with Di, an outstanding Artist at Greenfields, Campoverde. Friday mornings, 11.30 - 1.30pm please book with Debbie beforehand if you would like to join the group. Di is an outstanding Artist and has created a class of students that are trying very hard to follow in her footsteps with masters of Art. The group consists of a range of Artists men and women, some using oils and watercolours, others just pencil, what is unique about this group is the supportive atmosphere and the interest in each other's skills and abilities. Di is a calm, supportive and encouraging tutor and we all value her opinion and thoroughly enjoy our challenges we have set ourselves, Di has created a class that is a pleasure to be a part of I certainly will continue to take her professional advice and continue to put pencil to paper for as long as I can. Right Board
The Christmas Flower Decoration course, at Trios turned out to be fantastic day. Pauline (The English Rose) excelled herself and taught us girls some tricks of the trade, our flower decorations looked so professional most of our families and friends did not believe that we really made them! Pauline supplied the flowers, Christmas decorations, greenery etc and gave a demonstration and explanation on how we should make our flower decorations she was able to encourage us to use our own imagination and artistic skills and the end results were truly amazing! You should look at the photos on the gallery and see the proud ladies with their masterpieces! Pauline has agreed to teach another Flower arranging course soon. Anyone interested should contact Debbie and add their name to the list, so as not to be disappointed!
